Raghupat Singh (fondly known as the "Krishi Pandit" of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh) was a pioneering farmer, agricultural scientist, and seed conservationist who dedicated over 50 years to preserving rare seeds and reviving endangered crops. He was posthumously honored with the Padma Shri for his exceptional lifelong contributions to agriculture and biodiversity.
