Fake views from YouTube. Now they count all views according to new policy. Even not interactive. So the difference is huge.
Monetization stays the same (only longer views count).
So what this update is about? YouTube just tells you that views number doesn’t matter and doesn’t reflect how many people definitely watch the video.

I think new update is really stupid
