صار نقاش على السيباب، وانه لازم يستخدم على طفل مرتاح تماما مو طفل تعبان ، الكلام مخالف للعملي الي نعرفه، ف كلت خلي ابحث اخاف العملي غلط واحنا متوهمين، طلع العملي صح، السيباب تستخدمه للطفل التعبان حتى يرتاح، اذا ما ارتاح يتحول فنتليتر
If the neonate is comfortable, with normal RR , why we need CPAP?
CPAP ( other than apnea of prematurity’s) is meant to support the neonate by providing PEEP , not meant to deliver controlled oxygen alone.
