How are merchant funds protected?
🤔PCENEXUS operates with its basic technical infrastructure and assets separately. PCENEXUS is only responsible for matching merchants with market orders and handling data settlement statistics; it does not participate in any allocation of merchant funds.
🤔All merchant funds are supervised by a third-party insurance company, IPV TRUST PTE. PCENEXUS has signed an insurance agreement with IPV TRUST PTE. In the event of any user asset theft or inability to withdraw funds, IPV TRUST PTE will provide full compensation, provided it is compliant with laws and regulations.
