5. Keep short accounts with God When you become aware of sin, don't hide. Say: “Lord, that was wrong. I confess it. Please forgive me and change me.” Then turn around and keep walking. A sensitive conscience isn't cultivated by obsessively checking whether you've heard correctly; it's cultivated through repentance and responsiveness.
