STRATEGY BUYS BACK $176.3 MILLION IN STRC, DOUBLES SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM TO $2 BILLION
Strategy repurchased 1.81 million STRC shares from August 31 to September 7, with no Bitcoin transactions during the period and no new shares issued via its ATM program.
The company’s Bitcoin holdings remain at 845,050 BTC, acquired for $63.73 billion at an average cost of $75,412 per coin.
It has also doubled its digital credit securities buyback authorization to $2 billion—$1.19 billion of which remains available.
The USD Reserve totals $5.10 billion, with an additional $1.44 billion in USD Cash on hand.
