Why do parents have to wait for MOE announcement every 4pm to know whether there's F2F class or HBL?
The government should know that this will go on for "X" amount of days (probably until end of September), why can't we just implement HBL until X amount of days rather than "let's see the AQI tomorrow" when we know it's going up and down.
It might be down today but up tomorrow, so what's the point? The AQI readings literally fluctuates every second, it isn't even averaged out at 4pm.
