The company will begin marketing its IPO no earlier than mid-October, with the listing planned for several days before the U.S. midterm elections in November.
Previously reported that the startup is targeting a $2 trillion valuation at IPO, which would surpass SpaceX's record and make it the largest IPO in world history.
