⬆️🇰🇿 S&P upgraded the outlook on ratings of Freedom Holding Corp. and four of its subsidiaries (Freedom Finance JSC, Freedom Finance Europe Ltd., Freedom Finance Global PLC, and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC) from "stable" to "positive."
The agency also upgraded Freedom Finance and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan national ratings from kzA- to kzA.
Moody's assigned ratings to the holding's insurance companies for the first time: Freedom Life – Baa3, Freedom Insurance – Ba1. Freedom Life became the first company in the group to receive an investment-grade rating.
