🇷🇺 Soon investors won't need to search for the right function through app sections. The digital service will build a path from task to informed action — taking into account the client's experience, portfolio composition, and context of the request.

AI will be able to find the necessary information and explain complex things in plain language. But the final decision must remain with the investor. "The future of such services is less menu navigation and more meaningful dialogue with the client," notes Alexander Golovin, Director of the Digital Business Division at BKS Mir Investitsiy. He explained how his company measures the value of updates: any new feature must start with the question "what problem is the client trying to solve?" — that is, a specific human need.

In early summer, BKS completed one of its most extensive mobile app updates, with changes to its architecture and improved client journeys. The most important actions were brought to the main screens, secondary ones moved deeper, and the number of transitions and clicks was reduced.

BKS is relaxed about the fact that other major brokers are starting to replicate the company's product decisions — this raises the bar for the entire market and improves convenience for investors. "Other market participants see what we have already launched, while our team is working on the next step," noted Alexander Golovin.
