❗️🇷🇺 Putin will deliver a major speech at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok — Ushakov.
More than 5,000 participants from around 70 countries are expected to attend this year. Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto will be the guest of honor. Also arriving in Vladivostok: the Prime Minister of Mongolia, the Vice President of Myanmar, and Chinese State Council Deputy Premier Ding Xuexiang.
On September 4, a Russian-Chinese energy business forum will be held as part of the EEF.
EEF-2026 runs September 1–4. The plenary session is September 3.
