Hiring for Maintenance Manager
Northbridge Development is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee building systems, equipment, and facilities across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise maintenance team & contractors
-Manage preventive & corrective maintenance (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and renovation )
-Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth building operations
-Control budgets and maintenance records
Requirements:
-Degree in Engineering/related field (certifications a plus)
-5+ years in maintenance/facility management (property/real estate preferred)
-Strong technical knowledge & leadership skills
