Full Sail, a DeFi protocol on Sui, is shutting down after a roughly $91,000 exploit tied to a compromised Switchboard oracle. A related protocol, Virtue, lost about $455,000 in the same incident, and Switchboard has suspended oracles across multiple integrations.
Matters because: Oracle-layer failures can cascade across protocols that share the same infrastructure, so other Switchboard-integrated apps may need caution in the short term.
