i tested it out myself and did P2P successfully.

- start a chat with the bot
tell the bot you want to re-activate your account & you would be transferred to an agent.
the agent would ask you to upload a pic of you holding a government ID.
after some few hours, you would receive a mail to activate your account by submitting your NIN/BVN.
you’re good to go!
