Seven things that influence your vibrational frequency from a quantum physics perspective.

In quantum physics, vibration means that everything is energy. We are vibrating beings with specific frequencies. Each vibration corresponds to a feeling, and in a "vibration-based" world, there are only two types of vibrations: positive and negative. Every feeling puts you into vibration, which can be either positive or negative.

1. *Thoughts*

Every thought sends a frequency out into the universe, which returns to its source. Therefore, negative thoughts, despair, sadness, anger, and fear come back to you. That is why it is so important to pay attention to the quality of your thoughts and to cultivate positive thoughts.

2. *Surrounding Environment*

The people in your environment directly influence your vibrational frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive, and ambitious people, you will also adopt that vibration. However, be careful when you surround yourself with people who complain, meditate, and are pessimistic! In fact, they can lower your vibrational frequency and thus prevent you from using the Law of Attraction to your advantage.

Music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that deals with death, betrayal, sadness, and abandonment, all of that will affect your vibrations. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to; they can lower your vibrational frequency. And remember: You attract exactly what you radiate into your life.

4. – *What you watch*

When you watch shows that deal with misfortune, death, betrayal, etc., your brain accepts this as reality and releases a series of chemical substances in your body that affect your vibrational frequency. Pay attention to things that feel good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.

5. – *Mood*

Whether at home or at work: If you spend a lot of time in a messy, dirty environment, this will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve your environment, tidy up, and create order. Show the Universe that you can receive much more. Take care of what you already have!

6. – *Word*

If you feel bad or speak negatively about things and people, it affects your vibration frequency. To keep your vibration frequency high, it is important to break the habit of complaining and speaking ill of others. Therefore, avoid drama and the victim role. Take responsibility for your life decisions!

7. – *Gratitude*

Gratitude has a positive effect on your vibration frequency. It is a habit that you should integrate into your life now. I don’t know about you, but the energy lately has felt almost chaotic.

Not necessarily in a bad way. Just uncomfortable. Restless. Like there’s a lot moving around at once and it’s hard to get completely settled.

I’ve noticed it can change pretty quickly too. You can feel good and completely grounded for a while, and then suddenly feel tired, irritated, emotional, or just... off. You might have trouble focusing. You might want to be around people and then five minutes later want everyone to leave you alone. 😂

There’s also this strange feeling that something is changing, even though it’s difficult to explain exactly what that something is.

Things you used to tolerate might suddenly get under your skin. Conversations that once felt normal can feel exhausting. Certain people or situations may just hit differently now. And you might find yourself wanting more quiet, more time outside, more meaningful conversations, and a whole lot less noise.

I think some of us are simply uncomfortable because we’re changing.

And change isn’t always this beautiful, peaceful experience we like to imagine it is. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes you question yourself. Sometimes you have no idea what you’re doing. Sometimes you know something is finished long before you know what comes next.

That space in between can feel incredibly strange.

There has also been some elevated solar activity happening around us, which makes the timing interesting. I’m not going to tell you every strange emotion or sleepless night is coming from the Sun because nobody can honestly know that. But I do find it fascinating when what is happening above us seems to mirror what so many people are describing internally.

Either way, I wouldn’t fight this energy.

Slow down when you need to. Get outside. Get your feet on the ground. Drink some water. Turn your phone off for a while. Laugh. Rest. Spend time with people who feel like home.

And maybe don’t try to figure everything out right now.

Sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to understand what’s happening that we forget we’re allowed to simply experience it.

Something does feel different right now.

I can’t tell you exactly where all of this is leading, and I don’t think anyone truly can.

But I can feel that something is shifting.

And judging by the conversations I’ve been having lately... I know I’m not the only one.
