Details of Trump’s new "peace plan" for Ukraine, which Whitcoff and Kushner may have brought to negotiations in Moscow and Kyiv (though this is not confirmed):
1) A complete ceasefire
2) Territorial concessions from Ukraine
3) Withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbas and parts of the Zaporizhzhia region, with the possible deployment of a UN contingent there
4) Conducting a referendum and elections in Ukraine, as well as amendments to the Constitution
5) Kyiv is proposed to give up the use of force to regain territories that will come under Russian control
6) Formalizing Ukraine’s non-aligned status and abandoning plans to join NATO and other military alliances
7) Limiting the size of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
8) Agreements on language issues
9) Signing a comprehensive peace treaty by the new Ukrainian government, which would then be ratified through a special procedure at the UN
