S&P has upgraded the outlook for the ratings of Freedom Holding Corp. and its four subsidiaries (Freedom Finance JSC, Freedom Finance Europe Ltd., Freedom Finance Global PLC, and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC) from "stable" to "positive."

The agency also raised the national ratings of Freedom Finance and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan from kzA- to kzA.

Moody’s has assigned ratings to the holding's insurance companies for the first time: Freedom Life – Baa3, Freedom Insurance – Ba1. Notably, Freedom Life has become the first company in the group to achieve an investment-grade rating.
