Our project Sunday Morning 🤫 has officially been selected for the Mifa Pitches at the Annecy Festival 2026 in the TV Series & Specials category.
For anyone in animation, Annecy is the biggest stage in the world. Out of hundreds of projects, ours was selected as one of 14 and the only fully African-developed project in the lineup.
Even more emotional, in the festival’s 66-year history, this is the first time Ethiopia is being officially represented this way🇪🇹. One of Behagerlij’s proudest moments.
Getting the chance to stand in Annecy and share a story born from our culture, humor, childhoods, and imagination means everything to us.
So many people poured belief, support, advice, time, and heart into this moment. Truly grateful❤️🙏
