📌 HOW WITHDRAWALS WORK IN METATRONICS
There are two separate steps when withdrawing funds from AI Trading.
This is important to understand:
1. Exit funds from trading
2. Withdraw funds to an external wallet
These are not the same process.
Step 1: Exit from Trading Wallet
When you activate AI Trading, your funds are allocated to the Trading Wallet and participate in trading operations.
To return these funds from trading, open your Trading Wallet and select Request Withdrawal.
You will then choose a trading exit option.
The faster you want to exit trading, the higher the commission:
• Fastest exit: 10%
• 2 days: 5%
• 4 days: 3%
• 6 days: 2%
• 10 days: 0%
Once this process is completed, the funds return from the Trading Wallet to your available balance.
Step 2: Withdraw to your external wallet
After the funds become available for withdrawal, you can submit a separate request to send them to your external crypto wallet.
This withdrawal can take up to 24 hours to process.
The full process looks like this:
Trading Wallet → Trading Exit → Available Balance → Withdrawal Request → External Wallet
⚠️ Important
The fastest trading exit option does not mean that funds are instantly transferred to your external wallet.
It means that you choose the fastest available way to remove funds from the trading process.
The transfer to your external wallet is a separate step and may take up to 24 hours.
METATRONICS does not offer guaranteed instant withdrawals.
Even the fastest available trading exit option requires processing time and is not guaranteed to be immediate.
