Boss Energy locks in nine-year uranium mine plan - Australian Mining Boss Energy has confirmed a nine-year production pathway for its Honeymoon uranium operation in South Australia, with a new feasibility study forecasting about 13.8 million pounds of triuranium octoxide production through to the 2034 financial year. The study selected a wide-spaced in-situ recovery wellfield design as the preferred development approach, which Boss said is expected to materially reduce development costs and lower life-of-mine all-in sustaining costs by about $30/lb on a like-for-like basis versus applying the original wellfield spacing to the updated Mineral Resource Estimate.
