Executives acknowledged AI "will significantly disrupt the employment of the very people who generated the data on which the foundation model was trained," adding grimly, "LLMs are a product that destroys its own supply chain."
This is the smoking gun. AI companies are criminal operations which engaged in willful industrial scale copyright theft, and keenly understood from the outset the scale of their robbery.
