🥤 DIET COKE PRICES RISE AMID CAN SHORTAGE
Diet Coke’s 330 ml can is reportedly selling for as much as ₹70 at select retailers in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Goa, up from ₹50, amid an aluminium-can shortage and rising raw-material costs.
However, the higher price is not universal. Cans produced at Coca-Cola’s own plants and listings on platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto reportedly continue to carry a ₹50 MRP.
Coca-Cola has advised retailers to charge the price printed on the pack.
Supply-chain disruptions linked to the West Asia conflict and reportedly doubled demand for Diet Coke in India have added pressure to availability.
