🚨 LANDMARK OBSERVATION BY ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT:

“SAR TAN SE JUDA” SLOGAN IS A CHALLENGE TO INDIA’S SOVEREIGNTY AND INTEGRITY.

While denying bail to Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan in the 2025 Bareilly violence case, the Court said the slogan cannot be equated with “Allahu-Akbar”, “Jai Shri Ram”, “Har Har Mahadev” or “Jo Bole So Nihal, Sat Sri Akal”.

A strong observation from the Court on the nature of the Islamic slogan and its implications.
