2026_2 PHYSICAL EXAMINATION CLEARANCE AND STAMPING FOR WUSE II STUDY CENTRE STUDENTS
We write to inform all WUSE II Study Centre students of the commencement of the 2026_2 PHYSICAL Examination Clearance and Stamping starting Monday, 24th August 2026.
GUIDELINES
We are pleased to inform you that students who have completed their EXAM REGISTRATION can now visit the Study Centre from next week, as scheduled below, for their Physical Examination Clearance and Stamping.
The following guidelines must be strictly observed to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated 2026_2 PHYSICAL Examination Clearance process:
The steps are as follows:
1. GO TO THE CENTRE’S CAFE ON THE SECOND FLOOR (RIGHT WING) TO HAVE YOUR EXAM SLIP PRINTED AND STAMPED. (This marks the start of your Physical Examination Clearance)
2. PROCEED TO THE ACCOUNT OFFICE ON THE FIRST FLOOR (LEFT WING) TO OBTAIN THE CLEARANCE FORM AND EXAM GUIDELINES.
3. GO TO THE DEPUTY BURSAR’S OFFICE ON THE SECOND FLOOR (LEFT WING, OPPOSITE THE DIRECTOR'S OFFICE) FOR THE BURSARY STAMP.
4. GO TO THE DEPUTY REGISTRAR’S OFFICE ON THE SECOND FLOOR (RIGHT WING) TO GET THE REGISTRY STAMP.
5. PROCEED TO THE DIRECTOR’S OFFICE ON THE SECOND FLOOR (LEFT WING, OPPOSITE THE DEPUTY BURSAR’S OFFICE) FOR THE DIRECTOR’S STAMP.
FINALLY, HAVE YOUR CLEARANCE FORM LAMINATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR, BESIDE THE SECURITY POST.
THE PHYSICAL CLEARANCE WILL BE CARRIED OUT ACCORDING TO FACULTIES AS FOLLOWS:
Monday: Faculty of Management
* Tuesday: Faculties of Sciences and Computing
* Wednesday: Faculties of Social Sciences and Arts
* Thursday: Faculties of Education and Agricultural Science
* Friday: Faculties of Law and Health Sciences
Please bring the following items for your Clearance:
1. ONE recent Passport Photograph (not more than 3 months old)
2. Current school fees receipt (REMITA)
3. Most recent Examination registration slip printout, with passport attached and stamped (from the School Café on the 2nd floor)
Venue: Wuse 2 Study Centre, Abuja
Commencement Date: Monday, 24th August 2026
Time: 9:00am to 3:00 am daily
For a seamless exercise and well-coordinated clearance procedure, all students are required to complete their clearance before the commencement of the 2026_2 examination, scheduled to start in September.
You are strongly advised against patronising unapproved cafes or staff for your clearance to avoid the risk of procuring fake or forged clearance documents, which could negatively affect your examination.
Clearance is conducted between 9:00 pm and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No students will be attended to outside these hours.
