1. Electrical Draftsman – Experience Requirements
• Knowledge and experience in preparing Power, Lighting, and Containment drawings.
• Preparation of Electrical Room details and sections.
• Preparation of SLDs, DB schedules, and cable sizing.
• Preparation of ELV system drawings, including FA, CCTV, ACS, and LCS.
2. Mechanical Draftsman – Experience Requirements
• Knowledge and experience in preparing CHW piping and ducting layouts.
• Preparation of Plant Room drawings.
• Preparation of Plumbing and Drainage drawings.
• Preparation of Fire Fighting / Sprinkler drawings.
• Knowledge of pipe and duct sizing for mechanical services.
• Experience in MEP coordination.
