We build production software to global, top-market standards — right here in Addis. You'll work on complex, real-world products for international clients (fintech, AI-powered platforms, and more), not the same CRUD app for the tenth time.

What you'll work on:
- Complex web applications built for international markets
- Distributed systems & microservices that stay reliable under real load
- Kubernetes + cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- End-to-end ownership — you make architectural decisions, not just close tickets
You'll fit if you have:
- Senior full-stack experience shipping complex web apps
- Solid hands-on experience with distributed systems & microservices
- Production experience with Kubernetes and a major cloud provider
- Strong instincts for system design, correctness, and reliability
On AI: We expect our engineers to be genuinely fluent with modern AI coding tools (Codex, Cursor, Claude Code). We treat AI-assisted development as a core skill — use it to move faster and focus on the hard problems.
