M8Y COMMUNITY - WE ACTUALLY DID IT!Remember when 10,000 views looked almost impossible?
Well...
WE WON
Our M8Y Community entry for Pavel Durov's Digital Freedom Contest has officially been selected as one of the winners, with a prize of $280!
This project started with a simple idea: instead of creating a contest entry for the community, we wanted to create one with the community.
You shared your thoughts about freedom. You gave us stories, ideas and perspectives. Some of them became lines in the script, some shaped entire scenes, and together they helped turn an empty page into our final film.
Then came the slightly terrifying part: 10,000 authentic views
You watched. You shared. You sent the video to friends and family. You celebrated every little milestone with us.
And somehow... our little community actually made it all the way
So this prize belongs to all of us.
As we promised from the beginning, once the prize payment is received, the $280 will be divided equally among everyone who participated in our original community brainstorm and helped create the project As soon as we receive the payment, we'll let you know and arrange everyone's share
And now, most importantly...
THANK YOU
Thank you to every single person who contributed an idea, shared an experience, helped us reach new viewers, or simply believed that our tiny community could pull this off
Today, you can officially say:
WE ENTERED TOGETHER.
WE CREATED IT TOGETHER.
AND WE WON TOGETHER.
Congratulations, M8Y Community
We did it
