In FY25, the ROE improved to 15.4% because of increased net profit. Manufacturing of ATBS with its own Isobutylene (IB) makes its operations more cost-efficient and help in generating high profit margins, pricing competition and gaining market share. The company’s new products Butyl Phenols (BPs) and antioxidants are downstream derivatives of Isobutylene (IB) which provide efficiencies in production and cost leadership for these products. Going forward, Butyl Phenols and antioxidants would drive growth and help in maintaining healthy return ratios.
