✅ Requirements:

- Fluent English & Russian
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driver recruiting
- Able to hit a monthly target of at least 5-10 hired drivers
- Familiarity with driver onboarding and screening compliance (pulling MVRs, reviewing safety histories)
- Office based position only (no remote)
- Salary will be discussed during the interview
