MONITORING & QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST Responsibilities: — Monitor trucks and drivers through Samsara — routes, restricted roads, driving events — Watch for alerts during the shift and act on them — Call drivers to check on issues and collect feedback — Review internal calls for quality and report the findings — Record incidents, feedback and reports for the responsible department Requirements: — English — confident spoken and written — Russian — fluent — Comfortable making calls and talking with drivers — Polite and patient on the phone — Able to assess communication quality fairly and objectively — Able to stay focused and attentive for a full shift — Confident with computers — Ready to work night hours — No experience required — full training provided Conditions: — Working schedule 6/1 — Office in Tashkent, on-site - Salary will be discussed during interview — Full training provided — Shift: After Hours — 00:00 – 09:00 Contact: @sprint_dsp_service @Logistic_Advertisements
