— Iranian Revolutionary Guard: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Aerospace Force launched a ballistic missile attack on a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier and destroyer that "targets children" and which was causing trouble for Iranian ships and participating in the naval blockade.
These two warships were forced to withdraw from the area of engagement after sustaining damage and fearing another attack.
