lindsay clancy discourse is interesting. we've seen repealing the 19th become a popular, serious, unironic talking point in the span of just weeks. we're seeing a legal defense of "her hormones were fucked up :( sorry". jurors who are so very obviously unfit and should NEVER have been allowed to rule, and should be immediately swapped with male alts. all of this being said, the case law angle is by far the most interesting.
>she's rightfully put to death/life imprisonment
being hormonal doesn't excuse women from accountability. the nation is assured of the rule of law, lefty cunts melt down, wifeguys everywhere suffer with their tiktok receptacles. this is the morally correct option. i am very certain this isn't what will happen.
>she "walks" on account of insanity: committed for as long as possible and endlessly re-committed
more likely. this will be very, very shitty from a moral standpoint. at least she's locked up to some extent and won't cause any more harm than she already has, for whatever little that's worth. women everywhere will be shown that killing your children gets you the most attention ever, and hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars. most likely option
>she "walks" on account of insanity: gets out either on appeal or medical clearance shortly after being committed
super duper shit option. less likely.
there is, however, a good chance for a silver lining from a not guilty ruling...
