🆕 Senior Purchasing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, invoice, and inventory records
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Prepare and manage the annual purchasing budget
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in Kuwait
• Strong knowledge of the local market and supplier network
• Excellent negotiation, organization, and cost-control skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
