✔ Position 1: Motor/Car Driver
የትምህርት መስፈርቶች
ትክክለኛ የኢትዮጵያ የመንጃ ፈቃድ።
ቢያንስ የ10ኛ ክፍል ወይም የ12ኛ ክፍል ትምህርት።
ቢያንስ የ2 ዓመት የሙያ የመንዳት ልምድ።
በኩባንያ ወይም በሰራተኛ የትራንስፖርት ተሽከርካሪዎች የመንዳት ልምድ ይመረጣል።
በተለይም የጎሮ፣ የሃያት እና የአረብሳ አካባቢዎች ጥሩ እውቀት።
✔ Position 2: Operational Excellence Manager
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA or related field) is an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience
7–10 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or operational excellence.
At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
✔ Position 3: Grant & Fundraising Expert
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, International Relations, Project Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional certification in Proposal Writing, Grant Management, Project Management, or Fundraising is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, donor relations, or business development.
✔ Position 4: Digital Marketing Expert
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are an advantage.
✔ Position 5: B2G (Business-to-Government) Market Expert
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Government Sales, Public Sector Sales, or Key Account Management.
✔ Position 6: HR & General Services (GS) Manager
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's is an advantage).
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
