Let me give you guys a good insight, so when working on a project in team and you are deploying on one of the members vercel, If you add git config (not global) user.name and user.email to the person who is the owner of that vercel account, deployment will be triggered especially If you don't want to pay for pro and add team members or the staging and preview ones need deployment.
