They're building an MMORPG kind of comparable to DeFiKingdoms, but more focus on being an enjoyable game. You earn RWAs by playing. Skill tree, questline, combat, likely some PvP gamemodes, and much more. Epic Games designers are working on it I believe. Nice teaser at the end of the video too if you stick through it
The NFTs are the characters for the MMORPG game. You need an NFT to play. There's many different tiers of characters, not only determined by the rarity on OpenSea, but also by the number they're numbered by. You can turn the NFTs into characters already on the play.netnet.capital site if you want to see your characters. There's also gear NFTs that you put on the characters to improve how much you can earn in the game and to unlock more rooms/quests for that character with higher value loot, etc.
I was already super bullish on NetNet before I heard about the mmorpg they're building. If you don't know what it is, it's easily described as an ohm fork with a lot of improvements, but it's a lot more than that. They generate a lot of revenue outside of trading fees/bonds to make the ponzi more sustainable. Currently the #1 holder of a lot of the biggest RWAs on Robinhood, like SpaceX, etc...they're adding roughly $1m to their treasury DAILY which is unreal, already over $12m I believe
If the game takes off like I think it has the potential to, the NFTs are clearly very underpriced IMO. I was here for DeFiKingdoms and I was a huge fan, grinded the fuck out of it. This looks like a WAY better game with a ton of content. It'll actually be fun instead of just clicking thru gamified defi menus like dfk was.
NetNet has a lot of other games/products that earn revenue already, and they're coming out with a new one every single day this week apparently which is nuts. Most of them are pretty basic games that are just fun ways to gamble or earn some RWAs or some of the netnet gear NFTs. Obviously the MMORPG is a way bigger project and that's what I'm most excited for
the dev al is ex-NBA top shot, he was one of the original devs that helped bring the product to life. has a ton of connections to the RH team and has already teased communications with them a bit. As a project adding $1m in RWAs to their treasury daily, obviously Robinhood is interested in what they're building.
I think $NET is an incredible opportunity, I have multi 6 figs worth staked, but I think the NFTs specifically are just so insanely cheap with an insane amount of upside potential.

If you do want exposure, there's different strategies for sure. You can aim for rares or try to find good deals on the better tiers within their "Plate" (ie a top 100 brass is better than brass 950, there's tiers that you can find or dm me if you have questions I don't mind), or you can just sweep the floor. Also worth looking into the gear collection probably.
