Participation in African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX) Leadership Training!
Representatives of the Jimma University Students Union and Jimma University Peace Forum had the privilege of representing Jimma University at the AFLEX Leadership Training.
The program focused on youth empowerment, leadership development, mindset, emotional intelligence, teamwork, time management, and community engagement, while creating opportunities for learning, experience-sharing, networking, and exchanging perspectives with young leaders and student representatives from across Ethiopia.
The experience provided valuable knowledge, skills, and new perspectives to share with fellow students and contribute to student leadership, peace, community engagement, and positive change at Jimma University.
