Description: We are looking for an experienced AI & Business Process Automation Specialist who can help us transform how our company operates by identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing company processes and identify opportunities for AI-powered automation.
- Design and implement intelligent workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Work with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, AI agents, RPA tools, automation platforms, and APIs.
- Build AI-powered internal tools, assistants, agents, and workflow automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing ERP, CRM, HR, document management, communication, and other business systems.
- Automate document processing, data extraction, reporting, communication, approvals, customer support, and administrative workflows.
- Develop AI agents capable of executing multi-step business processes with appropriate human oversight.
- Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and determine how they can be practically applied within the organization.
- Work closely with management and different departments to understand business requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
- Monitor, improve, and maintain deployed AI automations.
- Establish appropriate controls for security, privacy, accuracy, and human approval where required.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience implementing AI-powered business automation.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and automation platforms.
- Experience connecting AI tools with existing software and business systems.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, databases, and basic scripting/programming.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow design.
- Ability to identify practical automation opportunities rather than simply experimenting with AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and turn business requirements into working solutions.
