About the Role
Coca-Cola HBC Nigeria is seeking an experienced Utility Controller to oversee utility maintenance operations, improve asset reliability, and ensure efficient utility support for manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate planned and preventive maintenance of utility equipment.
* Drive asset reliability and minimize equipment downtime.
* Manage maintenance budgets, costs, and spare parts availability.
* Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize utility costs.
* Ensure efficient and reliable utility operations across the plant.
Requirements
* B.Sc. / HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in utilities management or a similar engineering role.
* Strong experience in maintenance planning and execution.
* Proficiency in SAP EAM/PM, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience managing maintenance projects, budgets, and cost optimization.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
