* 7–10+ years of finance/accounting experience (including 3+ years in a supervisory/management role)
* ACA / ACCA qualification required with strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 17, NAICOM, tax laws, and ERP systems
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Insurance sector experience preferred)
