About the Role
Tytanic Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Specification & Business Development Executive (Architect) to drive business development, build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and project owners, and promote KEIM Mineral Coating Systems across project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop business opportunities with architects, consultants, developers, and project owners.
* Promote KEIM Mineral Coating Systems and secure product specifications.
* Identify and pursue new project and client opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
* Support business development and project acquisition activities.
* Travel within Nigeria and internationally as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
* 3–5 years of post-NYSC experience.
* Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2); 2:1 preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
* Strong business development and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel within Nigeria and internationally.
