Job Title: Field Business Development Officer – Partnerships
Location: Lagos (Field-Based / In-Person — NOT remote/hybrid/office-based)
Job Type: Contract (initial 3-month performance-based contract)

Compensation: Up to ₦350,000 monthly (₦250,000 base + ₦100,000 field/transport & data allowance) + performance commission

About the Role
Dokitami, a Nigerian healthcare company helping people improve their health through doctor-guided wellness and weight management programmes, is seeking a Field Business Development Officer to onboard new partner locations (pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, salons, clinics, wellness centres, retail stores) across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit businesses daily and pitch Dokitami partnerships
* Handle objections and close partnerships
* Activate partners, install materials, and train staff
* Follow up with partners and maintain relationships
* Submit daily activity reports
* Meet agreed weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
* OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
* Must reside in Lagos and be able to resume within one week
* Smartphone and internet access
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable with fieldwork, rejection, and target-driven performance
* No healthcare experience required
Compensation & Commission
* ₦250,000 base + ₦100,000 field/transport & data allowance (up to ₦350,000 monthly)
* ₦25,000 per verified referral; ₦5,000 per partner order (commission on verified qualifying transactions)
* Continued engagement based on performance during the 3-month contract review
