Overnight (Thursday), the Hezbollah terrorist organization launched two explosive-laden drones toward IDF troops operating in the Ali Taher Ridge area in the security zone in southern Lebanon.
IDF troops fired at and downed one of the drones, while contact was lost with the second drone. There were no casualties among our forces.
The IDF will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to act against IDF troops in the security zone.
The IDF is currently operating, and will continue to operate forcefully, against Hezbollah’s repeated attempts to harm IDF troops.
