We will qualify it and run a test for 3 days. If it wins and gets better CTR than our old thumbnails, weโll create a group of qualifiers and same process will be repeated again, and this time those who qualify will be hired ( Hiring time line can be a little delayed but at worst project based incentive is guaranteed )
