I wanted to share some videos with you from the Valley By Emaar I took when I was there.
As always, emaar have delivered once again, I’d say the community is 20% completed so far, with many units handing over soon and the community still developing.
Currently the rates for off plan units here are around 2.7m AED for a 3 bedroom townhouse.
Standalone 4 beds start at 4.9m AED and up to 7m for the larger units.
New stock is All handing over in 2028, although we are also acquiring some ready to move units there also!!
Comparing to any other emaar community I see this with a hell of a long way to go. At least 30-40% appreciation from now till 2028!
On the map, yes it’s pretty far out.
But we’re now seeing a shift of the mindset of people not caring so much about being close to the city if they don’t need to be. And care more about where they can bring up their families!
