Upgrade Functionality is LIVE 🔥
Exciting news! The back-office upgrade functionality is now available for your membership enrollment. We shared the step-by-step process during the X-Node training session yesterday and will also release a short video detailing the procedure shortly.
In the meantime, we have a quick video highlighting how and where to upgrade. Here's a brief overview of the steps you need to follow:
-> Visit www.ixacademy.us
-> click on 'Package Purchase.'
-> Select your membership package to upgrade too
-> Your new package will appear in your shopping cart
-> Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase via your preferred payment gateway.
Additional notes:
If you upgrade within 7 days of enrollment, the price to upgrade will be the difference between the old and new packages.
If you enroll after the 7 days, you pay full price to upgrade.
