Ix :- - X-ray اشوف distended loops of bowel air–fluid levels المهم من اشوف obst اشوف كلشي منفوخ واتبعه وين وكف transition point لحد ما اوصل لل rectum اشوفه dilated معناها ماكو obstruction - endoscopy —> normal ما يفيد - barium —> demonstrate no mechanical obstruction ( هاي اهم شي ذكرهم الي يريد يرجع للملزمه ) Mx :- اعالج ال Underlying causes - اذا سببه drug اغير هذا الدرك - اكو incurable disease انطيهم prokinetics ( Metoclopramide or domperidone ) - antibiotics for bacterial overgrowth او cyclic antibiotic forever كل 10 ايام تاخد antibiotic لمده 5 ايام الغرض Eradication of bacteria - Nutritional and psychological support
