Chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction
هو يشبه ال obstruction بس هو مو obst هو ال intestine مدا تتحرك بصوره صحيحه
ياما بسبب ال nerves او الsmooth muscles مالتها

Clinical features :-
- recurrent nausea
- vomiting
- abdominal discomfort
- distension ( worse after food )
- مره constipation ومره diarrhoea
ال motility ضعيفه ياكل والاكل يوكف وياكل ويوكف constipation اخر شي الاكل يندفع مره وحده diarrhoea
- weight loss ( setophobia & malabsorption due to bacterial overgrowth)

- ممكن يجي
dysphagia
bladder dysfunction
اذا جان ال dysmotility سببها neurological
