3. Uniform rules for all platforms: META platforms must comply with Indian laws relating to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and content violating laws protecting women.
4. Three-day takedown timeline: Any content violating these laws must be taken down within three days. Failure to comply should result in the withdrawal of safe harbour protection for the concerned platform.
5. Telangana Police: The NDA has sought immediate clearance for the Telangana Police to proceed with its action in the matter.
6. FIR details: The NDA has also sought to know who filed the FIR against the social media platforms.
