The NIA has not invoked UAPA terror charges in its chargesheet against six Ukrainians and US national Matthew Aaron Van Dyke in the Myanmar training case.
The probe into alleged offences under the UAPA and Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 remains ongoing, with a supplementary chargesheet possible.
